What's leaking, backing up or not heating
Say what you see and hear: a drip under the vanity, a slow drain, a water heater rumbling. Short and plain is fine.

Where it is in the house or building
Kitchen, hall bath, a cleanout in the yard, the mechanical room. If water is running, say where the shutoff is, if you know.

A photo you can text
Text a picture of the problem to the same number you'd call, any time. Beverly or Charlie will see it and call you back.
